Conditie en garantie
Bij ieder product staat in welke conditie het verkeert. Klik op een conditie voor de uitleg.
New New and unused, with a 12-month warranty. Lees meer
A product listed as New is new and unused.
Bij New geldt:
- The product is new.
- A 12-month warranty applies, or the statutory warranty where that is longer.
- Any additional manufacturer warranty applies where it is valid.
Refurbished Checked, repaired where needed and tested again. Lees meer
A product listed as Refurbished has been thoroughly checked. Parts that no longer met our standards have been replaced or repaired, after which the unit was fully tested again.
Bij Refurbished geldt:
- The product has been thoroughly tested.
- Parts have been replaced or repaired where needed.
- The product has been fully function tested.
- You receive a 12-month warranty.
Tested Found working in our workshop, with a 3-month warranty. Lees meer
A product listed as Tested has been checked by us and found to be working. It has been tested on its main functions, but has not had a full overhaul.
Bij Tested geldt:
- The product has been tested by us and found working.
- You receive a 3-month warranty; the full 12-month overhaul belongs to the condition Refurbished.
- You can return the product within 14 days under our returns policy.
- Every unit passes through our check before it goes on sale.
Untested Removed in working order, not tested again since. Lees meer
A product listed as Untested was removed in working order, but has not been fully tested again after removal. For lack of time we have not been able to check it the way we check our other conditions. We therefore cannot guarantee that it works.
Bij Untested geldt:
- The product was working before it was removed.
- It has not been fully tested since removal.
- No warranty on function is given.
- We state this condition deliberately, so it is clear the product has not been re-checked.
For parts For parts, repair or your own project. Lees meer
A product listed as For parts was not found to be fully correct and is not sold as a fully working product. In some cases it is still technically interesting for parts, repair or another project. For lack of time we have not been able to fully overhaul or repair it, which is why we offer it at an attractive price.
Bij For parts geldt:
- The product has not been checked as a fully working product.
Zo werkt de garantieprocedure
Gaat er binnen de garantietermijn iets mis, dan loopt dat langs de drie stappen hieronder. Weet u niet zeker of het onder de garantie valt? Meld het gerust; dat zoeken wij uit.
- 1 Meld het bij ons Ordernummer, type en een korte omschrijving van de storing. Een foto van het typeplaatje helpt.
- 2 Wij beoordelen Vaak op afstand. Zo niet, dan komt het toestel naar de werkplaats of een technicus aan boord.
- 3 Herstel of vervanging Repareren waar het kan, vervangen waar het moet. U hoort wat er gebeurt voordat wij beginnen.
